Return and Exchange Policy

We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. 

Our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, or your item is defective, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!  We try our best to replace all defective merchandise ASAP.  

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, full priced items or items using discount codes can be returned for a Store Credit. All returns must be received within 30 days upon receiving your order. Returned Item/s will only be accepted in its original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up, animal hair and spray tan. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount). Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website/Facebook. We DO NOT issue cash refunds.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process automated exchanges because of limited inventory. You can return the item to us using the guidelines in our return policy and place a new order to receive the item of your choice using your store credit.

If your return meets the requirements above, we now offer a simple option to send back your return merchandise!

2) Send your item back to us the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please make note of your tracking number.

Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it. Once the item has been processed, you will receive an email with your online gift card credit.

*Due to limited quantities of each style, we cannot guarantee an exchange. We will try our best to provide the exchange and will let you know ASAP if we cannot complete it.

If your order is after the 30-day time limit or Items which do not satisfy the above
Conditions of Return will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.

Please note: We do not accept returns on intimate sets with briefs, cosmetics, socks, bras or earrings unless defective or faulty.

All clothing & swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear as returns will not be accepted if removed unless defective.

Please return shoes within its box in a postage bag, the box must be received in original condition.

It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

Defects or Problems With Your Order?
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our
warehouse at within 10 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 10 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing. Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
